I dont think there are specific requirements for MN because I am delivering at the hospital where I had my kids also. However, they did say that if I were to have multiples then they would like me to go to a hospital with a NICU or at least closer to a hosptial with a NICU.
I deliver in Sioux falls SD. which is 45min away but its across state line, so i have to find a diffrent hospital. maarie which hospital are you delivering at??
I dont know much about those hospitals but I live in SW MN. Whereabouts are you? If I were you, I would arrange a tour of each of them.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I think I had to make sure the hospital that I deliver at has atleast a level 2 NICU, which mine did.
ReplyDeleteill be delivering in Willmar. I wish i could deliver in SF. i am from there but they said it would make it very hard for my IF's to adopt.
